Shipping Policy for Integral Equipment Inc.
At Integral Equipment, we strive to deliver the best service to our customers. We understand that getting your items promptly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your orders as quickly as we can.
Order Processing Time: Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive if item is not in stock. This includes the time it takes to verify the order, to process the payment, to pick and pack the item, to prepare it for shipment and to arrive to the destination.
Shipping Time: After your order is processed and dispatched, we estimate you will receive your order within the following time frame:
- Within Canada: 2-4 weeks (If item is not in stock)
Please note, these are estimated times only and can vary depending on the shipping destination.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on shipment weight, size, and destination.
Shipping Restrictions: Please note that due to shipping restrictions on hazardous materials, paint guns may require additional handling and may only be shipped by ground within Canada.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For orders shipped outside of Canada, you may be required to pay import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are the recipient’s responsibility. Integral Equipment has no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be.
Delivery Updates: You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is in transit. This email will include a tracking number that will allow you to keep an eye on the journey of your package.
Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@integralequipmentshop.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
